MORE “Clashes” in EGYPT: Al-Jazeera

The title of a recently released Al-Jazeera article is “Clashes outside Egypt’s presidential palace” (Web-site/URL: Again “clashes” are VIOLENT.

“Egyptian police have FIRED TEAR GAS at opposition protesters demonstrating against Egyptian President Mohamed Morsi’s drive to hold a SNAP referendum on a CONTROVERSIAL draft charter, as the country PLUNGES DEEPER INTO CRISIS“. Well, we know how problematic “snap” DECISIONS are/can be, because these are often made WITHOUT CONSULTATION and we certainly DON’T need ANY MORE “crises”especially after dealing with the JOVAN BELCHER murder-suicide (Web-site/URL: and KI SUCK-HAN being pushed onto the railway tracks (Web-site/URL:

According to Al Jazeera‘s Rawya Rageh, reporting from Cairo, “We saw thousands of people surrounding the palace on all four corners, OUTNUMBERING the police and GETTING CLOSE TO the presidential walls. (The) Opposition has announced (that) there’s going to be a sit-in outside the palace” organized by GIGI IBRAHIM (gsquare86)? The message coming out of here is that the president has FAILED to prove to Egyptians that he is the president of ALL of Egypt, as opposed to a leader in the Muslim Brotherhood group”, A TINY FACTION of Egyptian society. Just like in THE UNITED STATESpeople in EGYPT are sick of NARROW IDEOLOGIES.  “Morsi is preparing for the referendum, he is UNDER A LOT OF PRESSURE from the opposition, but he DOES NOT seem to be phased by the protestsobviously, because like MUBARAK, GADHAFI and ASSAD Morsi is a dictator who DOES NOT have to be ACCOUNTABLE TO ANYONE“The country is DEEPLY DIVIDED over Morsi’s legitimacy, the opposition are saying they ARE NOT against his election, which was legitimate, but his ACTIONS and DECREES ARE NOT legitimate” obviously.
